Activities
What we are working on, reported honestly. The foundation is in its founding phase: building its governance, methods and this website. Nothing here describes fieldwork, programmes or services, because none are active.
What we are doing now
- Internal development: Governance specification, editorial workflow, platform and data model are being built. Nothing has been independently reviewed yet.
- Publishing research questions — not findings — for each area of study, so the approach can be examined before any data is collected.
- Writing plain-language explainers of the constitutional and Bihar law on Panchayati Raj, linked to the official texts.
Not started yet
- Independent review: External review of methods, editorial policy and security has not been commissioned.
- Empirical work: No fieldwork, surveys, community profiles or original data collection are under way.
- Operational implementation: No programmes or services are active.
