Area of study
Schemes
Questions under design — no findings
Government schemes as they reach villages — eligibility, delivery and records — described from official sources, without rating any scheme or place.
Questions we intend to study
- How do people in a village learn about a scheme, apply for it and receive it?
- What do official scheme records show, and what do they leave out?
These are questions, not findings. See how we study.
